Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below. Where the context requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the ff66 Platform in any capacity — including as a visitor who has not yet registered — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any future amendments that ff66 may publish in accordance with Section 11 below.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if registered, contact our support team to close your account.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by ff66, including but not limited to: live casino tables, RNG slot games, crash games, cricket sports betting, football betting, handball betting, promotional offers, VIP programmes, and any other service made available on the Platform from time to time.

ff66 reserves the right to decline registration, suspend access, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion where it reasonably believes that a Player's use of the Platform is inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To use the real-money features of the ff66 Platform, you must register a Player account. The following eligibility requirements and registration obligations apply to all Players:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. ff66 strictly prohibits access by minors. Players who are found to be under 18 years of age will have their accounts immediately closed, all deposits returned (net of any winnings already withdrawn), and the matter reported to relevant authorities where legally required.
• One Account: Each Player may hold exactly one registered account at any time. Operating duplicate accounts — including accounts registered in a family member's name at the same address, or accounts created after a previous account was closed — is prohibited unless explicitly authorised in writing by ff66.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.
• Identity Verification (KYC): ff66 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or utility bill) at any stage of your account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a change to your account details. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is complete.
• Geographic Restrictions: The ff66 Platform is designed and operated for the Bangladesh market. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility. ff66 accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from access by Players in restricted jurisdictions.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by any third party using your credentials — is your responsibility. You must notify ff66 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ff66 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests made by registered Players:

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ff66 currently accepts BDT deposits and processes BDT withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time; current options are always displayed in the cashier section of your account.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by ff66, although individual payment providers (such as bKash and Nagad) may impose their own transaction limits which are outside ff66's control.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits are credited to your ff66 account in real time in the vast majority of cases. In rare instances where a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, you should contact the ff66 support team at [email protected] with your transaction reference number. ff66 does not charge any fees on BDT deposits.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by the ff66 payments team. Standard processing times are within 15 minutes during peak hours (9 am to 11 pm BST, UTC+6) and within 60 minutes at all other times. ff66 does not charge withdrawal processing fees on standard BDT transactions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

4.5 Verification Before Withdrawal. ff66 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount. Where verification documents have not previously been provided, withdrawal processing will be placed on hold until satisfactory documentation is received and reviewed. This is a player protection measure and is not applied to delay or prevent legitimate withdrawals.

4.6 Refund Policy. Deposits that have not been wagered may be refunded to the originating payment method upon request, subject to identity verification. Deposits on which any wagering activity has taken place are not refundable. Bonus Funds are non-refundable in all circumstances.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

ff66 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cricket cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, IPL, and BPL. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of each individual promotion:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Players with a verified account in good standing. Players who are self-excluded, under account review, or operating under a temporary deposit limit reduction are not eligible to receive or activate bonus offers during that period.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is clearly stated in the promotion description before the Player opts in. Standard wagering requirements on ff66 bonuses range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game types contribute differently towards meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino games (roulette, blackjack, baccarat) typically contribute between 10% and 25%. Sports bets placed with Bonus Funds must meet minimum odds requirements as specified per promotion. The exact contribution rates for each game and promotion are stated in the respective promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All Bonus Funds carry an expiry period from the date of activation, typically between 7 and 30 days depending on the promotion. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain at the time of expiry will be removed from the Player's account automatically without prior notice.
• Bonus Abuse: ff66 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, using automated betting patterns to artificially complete wagering requirements at low risk, and using bonus funds exclusively on games with high RTP in a manner clearly intended to circumvent bonus restrictions. Where ff66 identifies bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void all bonuses, void associated winnings, and permanently close the Player's account.
• Promotional Changes: ff66 reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate any ongoing promotion at any time, with or without advance notice, provided that any change does not adversely affect bonuses that a Player has already activated and begun wagering through.

Game Rules & Fair Play

ff66 hosts games provided by internationally recognised software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Habanero. The specific rules governing each game — including RTP percentages, side-bet rules, and live dealer procedures — are available within the game interface itself.

6.1 RNG Certification. All non-live games (slots, RNG table games, crash games) use Random Number Generator technology that has been independently certified by recognised gaming testing laboratories. ff66 does not influence, alter, or interfere with any RNG output. The results of all RNG games are final.

6.2 Live Dealer Games. Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional dealer studios operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The integrity of live dealer games is governed by the policies and procedures of those studios, which are held to the same independent auditing standards as RNG games. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round result will be determined based on the state of the game at the point the disconnection was recorded server-side.

6.3 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets on ff66, including cricket, football, handball, and kabaddi, are governed by the ff66 Sportsbook Rules document, which is published separately on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms & Conditions and the Sportsbook Rules, the Sportsbook Rules take precedence for matters relating specifically to sports wagering.

6.4 Void Bets. ff66 reserves the right to declare any bet void where it was accepted in error (including at incorrectly published odds), where the relevant sporting event was abandoned, postponed beyond the applicable settlement timeframe, or where ff66 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed as part of a match-fixing, manipulation, or collusion scheme. Void bets are refunded at the original stake amount to the Player's Real Money Balance.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ff66 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and — where criminal activity is suspected — referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of, or in the name of, another person without their explicit consent and ff66's written approval.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or identity verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly allowing a person under 18 to use your account.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity, fraud, or money laundering. ff66 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets, exploit bonus offers, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any third-party game software. Any winnings generated as a result of a known software error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on ff66.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ff66 staff or other Players through any communication channel, including the support chat and email.
• Attempting to transfer funds between player accounts, sell account credits, or otherwise monetise your ff66 account in any way other than by withdrawing your own verified winnings.
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any technical security measures, access controls, or geographic restrictions implemented by ff66.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by ff66. ff66 reserves the right to suspend a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has violated these Terms & Conditions, is engaging in fraudulent activity, is operating multiple accounts, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. During a suspension, the Player will be unable to log in, deposit, withdraw, or place bets.

8.2 Account Closure by ff66. Following an investigation into a suspended account, ff66 may permanently close the account. Where closure is due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions by the Player, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account will be reviewed and may be forfeited at ff66's discretion, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where closure results from a Player's own request (see 8.3 below) and no breach is involved, the Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method.

8.3 Closure by Player Request. A registered Player may request the closure of their ff66 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Before closure is finalised, any pending withdrawals will be processed to the Player's verified payment method, and any active Bonus Funds will be removed from the account.

8.4 Self-Exclusion Closure. Players who request account closure specifically on the grounds of responsible gaming concerns (self-exclusion) will have their account placed in a permanent self-exclusion state rather than a standard closure. This provides additional safeguards to prevent re-registration and ensures that ff66's responsible gaming obligations are met. See Section 9 for full details of the self-exclusion process.

Responsible Gaming

ff66 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe playing environment for all adult Players. The following responsible gaming tools and policies are in place on the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit limits on their accounts at any time via account settings. Once set, a limit takes effect immediately. Increases to existing deposit limits are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect, to prevent impulsive decision-making.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders that generate an on-screen notification after a defined period of continuous play. Reminders are configurable at 30-minute, 60-minute, or custom intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate self-exclusion directly from their account settings. Self-exclusion periods are available for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or as a permanent exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, the account is fully suspended — login, deposits, and bet placement are all blocked immediately. Permanent self-exclusion requests will not be reversed under any circumstances.
• Reality Checks: During active game sessions, ff66 displays periodic on-screen reality checks informing Players of the duration of their current session and their net win/loss position for that session.
• Support Access: Players who are concerned about their gambling behaviour, or who are seeking help on behalf of someone else, are encouraged to contact the ff66 support team at [email protected], available 24/7 on Bangladesh Standard Time. Our team will assist with activating responsible gaming tools and can direct Players to external support resources where appropriate.

ff66 actively monitors account activity for patterns that may indicate problem gambling behaviour, including large and rapid deposit sequences, extended single sessions, and rapid re-deposits following significant losses. Where such patterns are identified, ff66 may proactively reach out to the Player and, in serious cases, apply temporary account restrictions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ff66's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ff66 shall not be liable — directly or indirectly — for any of the following categories of loss, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or ff66 had been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, loss of earnings, or loss of anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data arising from use of the Platform.
• Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss of any kind.
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, maintenance, technical failures, third-party service interruptions, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or national telecommunications outages affecting Bangladesh.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Losses arising from the Player's reliance on any game strategy, tipster service, or third-party betting system.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude ff66's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Amendments to These Terms

ff66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law or regulation, changes to the services offered on the Platform, or updates to security and responsible gaming policies.

Where an amendment materially affects a Player's rights or obligations, ff66 will provide advance notice of the change via email to the registered address on file, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no fewer than 7 days before the amendment takes effect. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications of existing intent, or updates to contact information) may be published without advance notice and take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you may close your account before the effective date without penalty, and your Real Money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method.
